Perform write-up of clients on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. Prepare sales tax & payroll tax as needed per client. As part of the Torchin CPA team, our bookkeepers become the primary contact within the firm for a bulk of clients within the firm.

TAX PREPARER
Prepare corporation, partnership, trusts, and individual income tax returns. Meet with clients to discuss tax return needs and information necessary to prepare a complete and accurate tax return. Communicate with clients to collect any missing data or review the tax return results with clients.
Must have at least 3 years of experience preparing tax returns.
Review and analyze financial statements for clients selling or purchasing real estate or businesses and determine value. Conduct financial due diligence and source financing options or alternatives. Build financial valuation models using methodologies such as DCF, EBITDA and other profitability multiples and replacement cost. Prepare pro-forma projection reports. Collaborate and communicate with bankers and lending institutions. Study and interpret economic trends. Requirements: MBA with a concentration in finance plus at least 65 months experience as a financial analyst with at least one year of that time performing real estate valuations. In the alternative, we will accept a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance and 89 months or more of experience.
